Located on prime of the rocky Chilean shoreline in Tunquen, about 50 meters above sea degree, the Tunquen Home hovers close to the sting of the cliff with dramatic sea views. Designed by Nicolás Lipthay Allen of L2C, the only quantity house is manufactured from white concrete and is split into three separate areas.
Within the central major space, there’s the lounge, eating room, and kitchen, with the main bedroom being on one finish and the youngsters’s and friends’ rooms are on the different.
The situation, with its highly effective south wind, decided the design of the home. Proper off the lounge, they constructed a courtyard that helps present a sheltered space away from the wind whereas nonetheless with the ability to spend time outside. The courtyard additionally offers an space for a backyard and an outside eating area.
The opposite aspect of the lounge has flooring-to-ceiling sliding glass doorways that confide in the ocean under. The glass expanse frames the unimaginable views.
A deck spans the size of the home increasing the sq. footage and dissolving the indoor/outside separation.
